CURRENCY CONVERSION - If you would like to know how our prices compare in your currency, check out the currency converter . It can quickly and easily convert any amount in Canadian dollars to your currency. This is for information purposes only. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars.

COLOUR CATALOGUE - You will automatically receive a complimentary copy of our annual, full colour catalogue with your order.

PERMANENT DISCOUNT POLICY - Everytime you place an order with a merchandise total of $50.00 or more, you will receive a 10% discount coupon with your order that can be used toward your next purchase. To redeem a coupon, it must be mailed with your next order. Coupons are good for six months.

SHIPPING POLICY - Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 24 hours. If your entire order can be filled, it will be shipped immediately. If any items ordered are not in stock, your order will be held until it can be filled in its entirety. No order will be held for more than two weeks. Items that are back-ordered (i.e. out of stock) or special ordered will be shipped as soon as another shipment arrives. We have implemented this policy in order to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. We do not ship back orders separately to the United States or overseas.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If any item fails to live up to your expectation for any reason, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund (excluding books, leaflets, clearance items and special orders). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

PRICING POLICY - Prices are in effect as of October 1, 2005 and supersede all prices previously listed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
